SUMMER RESEARCH FOR STUDENTS

Dear Friends,

Happy New year.
This year's first post starts with the presentation of Mr. S. Kapil, our Final year B.Sc, student. The reason I post this presentation is He is the First Person in the history of The 60 year old Chemistry department to attend a summer research program. He attended the program organized by Indian Academy of Sciences during May 2017. I identified his brilliance in Chemistry from my very first class I taught him during 2016. When I asked told that there is such type of programs are available he immediately accepted and started to process towards the summer program. He got opportunity at IICER Kolkatta and successfully finished his project. This post is dedicated to him for his passion towards doing research in Chemistry. Most of our south district students are not aware of this kind of Summer programs. I would like to give information about such programmes via this presentation.

Hats off Mr. Kapil. Image result for hats off

You Really make us (Depart of Chemistry, SJC. ) Proud.
