Here comes another post which throws light into clinical chemistry. When you have diabetes, your blood sugar (aka blood glucose) levels may be consistently high. Over time, this can damage your body and lead to many other problems. Normal blood glucose values are less than 100 mg/dL after not eating (fasting) for at least 8 hours. And they're less than 140 mg/dL 2 hours after eating.Determination of blood glucose by using a chemical method called Folin-Wu method is posted.This method is one of the clinical biochemistry protocol.
